Hello and welcome to TheTimeshareGirl.com!

My name is Michelle Mojica. My home address is in Phoenix, Arizona but HOME for me is really anywhere in the world!

I started in the timeshare industry as a telemarketer in 1995 at the baby age of 17. I left the industry in 2009,  as a Director of marketing at the age of 31.

I LOVED my 14 career being in timeshares and made a lot of $$$ especially at such a young  age.  I had it all -  the 6 figure income, the houses, the luxury cars, husband and 4 kids - but still felt something was missing, I felt unfulfilled.

 I’ve always had the passion for travel but didn’t  have the freedom to do so since I worked for corporate America.

It also didn’t help being in the front lines all those years hearing timeshare owners on how much they hated it and felt they got scammed. There are some really awesome timeshares out there and of course, also some really bad ones.

I became a timeshare owner in 2008 and an interval international member in 2009. The company I worked for at that time was a start up and had a trade in program if they buy a timeshare at that resort in exchange.

We actually used our timeshare the first year we got it which was in New Jersey, I had no idea how to use it and I don’t recall how I even became an interval member.

The following year I discovered how To exchange and travel through interval international. It was life changing!  This was when I realized I didn’t have to keep going back to my home resort and I had access to resorts I didn’t even own.

For the next 10 years we travelled around 4-8 weeks out of the year. 

By the time 2018 came along I became  a  go to person among friends and family for any timeshare questions.

In 2018, I was given a Sheraton Desert Oasis timeshare worth 15k that the previous owner NEVER used, and also given 50,000 points at Raintree Vacation Club that the previous owner paid 22k for - I use these points to trade through RCI.

Also in 2018, I purchased 10 timeshares at Ocean‘s Landings in Cocoa Beach  from a friend and now currently own 20+ units at this resort.

I use these resorts strictly to exchange my weeks and points for higher quality resorts through RCI and  interval.

Being a business owner, I now have the flexibility to travel the world when I want as much as I want.

I’m blessed to be able to give the gift of travel to my team, clients and most importantly my family.

Why create this website?

So many timeshare owners have NO IDEA how to use interval / RCI or that it even exists. There are so many exit programs / scams taking advantage of timeshare owners desperate to get out of their timeshares.

These people bought a timeshare with DREAMS of affordable travel and if they knew the power of interval / RCI, I can help make the DREAM come true.

I truly believe that God placed me in the timeshare industry 25 years ago for such a time as this (this is written in 2020 during COVID pandemic). 

A time to treasure every moment, time of togetherness, and to realize what is truly important.

My dream is to help each timeshare owner learn how to use what they own and LOVE the timeshare they invested in through my content on this website.
